What you'll need
- Cheese slices
- Red pepper
- Deviled egg
- Wax-covered mini cheese wheel, such as Babybel
- Clementine
- Green leaf lettuce
- Baby carrots
- Black and green olives
- Strawberries
- Circular lunch container
How to make it
- Make your child's favorite sandwich and cut into a butterfly shape. Use cheese and red pepper cut-outs to decorate the wings. The butterfly's body is a red pepper strip.
- Cut the center of a wax-covered baby cheese into the shape of a flower, and decorate the center with a red pepper circle.
- Add a deviled egg to the garden as a "tulip."
- Set the wax flower cut from the mini cheese on top of a clementine for more color.
- Fill the box with a background of green lettuce, arranging the butterfly and flowers on top. Use baby carrots, black and green olives and strawberries as fill-ins for the garden.
