All of my kids between 5 and 13 especially loved these yogurt parfaits, and were able to make them themselves with very minimal help from mom (mostly clean-up!).

What you'll need
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 cup berries (washed and dried)
- 1/2 cup low-fat granola
How to make it
1. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into a small dessert dish.
2. Layer with 1/2 cup berries.
3. Layer with 1/4 cup granola.
4. Stir to combine. Repeat in separate dish and serve.
