These pork chops do great on the grill or in the oven.
What you'll need
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dried sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
How to make it
- Brush chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine oil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage and pepper and mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Arrange in a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, if possible. (The dish will be good even if you don't have time to marinate.)
- Heat coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill or under broiler. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
