We are eating asparagus nearly anyway we can these days. I wish the season would last all year! The other day I decided to add a twist, literally, to my favorite asparagus appetizer of prosciutto wrapped asparagus. I also wrapped a layer of breadstick dough around it and baked it until lightly browned. I loved the way the dough made a solid ring around the asparagus, it contained it so well! These fun nibbles were a hit with us and our dinner guests!
